About me and my practice

I'm a dedicated passionate therapist with nearly 10 years of professional experience, working previously in a hospice, providing support to those with life limiting illnesses and to their families.I am currently working for an adoption support agency, offering therapeutic support to families along with running my own private practice supporting adults, children and adolescents with a wide range of needs such as anxiety, depression loss and trauma.

Experience

My focus has been to make a difference in the lives of many families and individuals who are struggling with their own mental health. I pride myself on offering affordable counselling and trying to bridge the gap of offering support to younger people who are finding it hard to access counselling as the waiting lists are growing.

Cpcab level 3 Integrative counselling
Cpcab level 4 Diploma in therapeutic counselling
Cpcab level 5 psychotherapeutic counselling

£80 for couples
